Monday Weigh In

this morning's weight 219.0

I didn't drink any water and we went out to eat 2 times. All in all I don't think it was too bad. Yes it was up 4 pounds but as long as I stick to the plan today I should be ok.

Plan:
Drink water
Follow cleaning plan
Stay within calories
do sparkpeople exercise
