Get at least 15 minutes of exercise

  1. Today went suprisingly well for me! I drank 4 bottles of water. And I'm under on calories by 50 and that's before you subtract the calories I burned raking leaves and doing lunges! How crazy is that?

    And on a related note, I couldn't find lunges in the livestrong database, so I used general weightlifting. There is, however, "Walking to and from the Outhouse (going to is faster)". LOL, so weird.
