  3. I think what you mean is that you'll need to tell people to get you new clothes for Christmas because all your clothes will be too big!!!

  6. Nice! The library is good, too. Did you walk there? I walked with April this afternoon and it was freaking cold. And then the sun set and it got even colder. Hello, winter.

  7. I know, it sucks! So yeah, we didn't walk there. I did start doing yoga out of this book I have and I did it.

  8. Wow, that's awesome. I think yoga is so hard (I'm sorry, but Downward Dog is not a resting position). But, it's supposed to be so good for you. I read an article just about the breathing part of yoga and the benefits and it was really interesting.

  9. I think it was in "Real Simple" but I don't really remember. I'll look for it.

  10. Well, I can't find that article. But, it was about how breathing can help you calm down and relieve stress and it had 4 different techniques that you can use in everyday life. The only one I remember is to take deep breathes that fill your diaphram so that your tummy sticks out. Even just 2 or 3 in a row has a calming effect.
