To be expected

So I made some bad choices this weekend re: food and exercise. Needless to say, my weight is back up to 146.0. I guess it just shows me that I really need to commit to this healthy lifestyle, I can't just pick and choose when I do it.

Goals for today:
drink 3 bottles of water
exercise
don't eat anything after dinner

  1. Yeah, we all have those weekends. I think the good thing about weighing twice a week (especially friday then again Monday) is that it is soooo apparent how bad choices affect us. It's easy to ignore how you feel, but harder to deny the two or three pound weight gain. Yay for you for being aware of what's going on!
