This morning I weighed 219.8 which is pretty amazing all things considered. Really I have had NO motivation. But I need to get it together.

Dude, we can do this. I'll check back in too. I've regressed to only tracking what I eat in the mornings because I'm too lazy/annoyed at myself for the crap I eat in the evenings. So, checking back in will be awesome!!
ReplyDeleteIt went ok, I only drank 2 bottles of water and my sodium intake was HIGH but I got a bunch of stuff done and I don't feel too bad about it all.
