Friday

My weight today is 146.0. That's the same as it was on Monday. The only thing I've done consistently well this week is drink water. I've drank lots of water, haven't been so good at eating, and have been alright in the working out department.

I will try to make some smart choices this weekend!

Goals for today:

  1. You must not have been doing too bad if your weight is the same as Monday! And good for drinking all your water! It's been really hard for me lately :(

    Do you go to a gym or do you do your exercise outside or at home?

  2. All of the above for my exercise. I prefer to do anything outside but the weather doesn't always cooperate so then I'll do a workout video or sometimes go to the gym. What gym do you go to?

    I completely sympathize with you about the Brielle issue. My daughter, Haley (22 months old), is written up at daycare 1-2 times a week for biting or pushing. And I have absolutely no idea how to make her be nicer.

  3. Tammi - I'm sorry about Haley, but wheww, that makes me feel a little better. I was beginning to feel like mine was the only kid :( What have your drs said?

    I go to Crossroads. I've been there a little over a year and now I work in the nursery once a week for a couple hours so Aaron and I get a free membership and daycare :) It sucks, but at the same time, it's awful nice.
