So this morning's weight was 225.0 which is a full 10 pounds up from my lowest weight. Arg. I am so mad at myself. Seriously and the thing is I knew it would be bad. Yesterday was an over 2500 calorie day. And 4000 mg of sodium. And I drank 1/2 bottle of water. Yikes.
So, I am going to try the bodybugg and hope it goes better. I am also resolving to not eat out until my birthday.

((hugs)) Drinking lots of water will help! AND if there's anything that I've learned, it's that weight that you just put on, is easier to get off... probably b/c of the sodium factor. But if you're really good for the next 3 wks, I'm sure you'll be right back down where you were :) Plus, then you'll have your bodybugg and have a renewed interest in burning calories! :)

No concert. Justin bought me a bike, which is AWESOME! And we are going out to dinner. we got a babysitter and everything!!!! Today was a great day, I have about half of a fifth bottle of water down and I was only 6 cal over goal. Yay!!
