Mallory's Thursday

So today my only plan is to drink water. I need to be better about tracking but what's been happening is I have been being good in the mornings and then when I start to go over my calorie limit I just stop tracking. But um, not eating.

I am getting a bodybugg for my bday so I am hoping for a renewed excitement!

  1. I totally think a bodybugg will help! I <3 mine when I'm being good, but especially when I'm working out. I love to see the amount of calories that you burn go up (which I think will fit in perfectly with your bike!!). Plus, if you commit to tracking, then it'll definitely help! :) Go you!!
