Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!
Yesterday I was down almost a pound from monday and today that entire amount was back. It's pretty awesome. I've been in a weird mood. My grandma is back in the hospital and not doing very well. I've been stressing about that, but trying not to stress eat. Mostly I've been successful. I was going to go to the gym this morning, but I woke up with a sore throat and I don't really feel like going anywhere. I think I'm just going to do some cardio tonight after work.
Goals for today:
track calories (I've been guess-timating my servings instead of measuring I need to stop that)
Drink 3 bottles of water
exercise
