Today my weight was 224.6, which is up 1.6 pounds from Friday. I am pretty sure it's water/ sodium related.
This week's goals:
track and stay under 1400 cal/day
Drink lots of water
I am feeling good though, and we have been riding our bikes a lot so I think it's just a matter of bringing it all together!

Yay for bike riding!! I'm sure it'll all fall into place. And now that it's finally (hopefully) warming up it'll be easier to be more active.
