It's Thursday!

That means tomorrow is Friday! Which, for me doesn't really mean much except that it's weigh in day. And I have done really well this week and I'm hoping tomorrow is a good weigh in. I'm visualizing 167.8. Then the ten pound loss would FINALLY be official. But, we'll see.

Goals for today:

Drink 3 bottles of water
track calories
go for a walk
