I went to pilates again this morning, which was awesome!! I keep waiting for it to really start being horrible, but it hasn't happened yet. Painful (in a good way) and difficult, sure, but horrible, no. And it's a good thing I went because I need to at least partially work off the 8 full size graham crackers I ate at about 11 last night. I was just going to have one! I just wanted something sweet. I should have just gone to bed... oh well.
My goals for the rest of today:
drink 3 bottles of water (1 down, 2 to go)
track calories
