Molly's Goals for Tuesday and Weekly Goals

I barely made it out of bed and to pilates this morning, let alone posting here first. The important thing is that I went. I knew I would be mad at myself later if I didn't go.

My Goals for the remainder of the day:
Drink 3 bottles of water
track calories

Goals for this week:
My Friday weight will be under 168.
Focus on drinking my water every day
Track my calories every day
Post on the blog every morning and check back in at night.
