Huh.

I actually lost weight over the weekend. I'm not sure I've done that before... Today's weight is 169.8, down .8 from Friday. It's even down .2 from last Monday. Crazy! I did drink a lot of water and there was a lot of dancing... and karaoke.

Goals for today:

Drink 3 bottles of water
do some cardio after work
track calories

  2. Ok, I did pretty well today. Did my cardio, am almost through my third bottle of water, and tracked my calories. My net calories are right where they need to be. The only thing I'm not too happy about is my sodium intake. It was over 2700 for the day thanks to the various types (and quanties) of cheese I had.
