Wow

So, the scale said this morning 149.2. I know I wasn't perfect this weekend but I certainly don't think I was 2.2 pounds bad. I exercised both days including doing a sprint workout yesterday that kicked my butt. I wasn't great at eating but I wasn't horrible either. I did drink lots of water but I didn't keep track of it like I normally do so maybe I didn't drink as much as I thought. Anyway, today I am going to drink my water, exercise, and I am not going to eat anything after dinner.

  1. Wow, a sprint workout! Good for you! I wouldn't stress too much about the number, it's probably just a water thing. And you may be gaining muscle if you've increased the amount of exercise you've been doing.
