I knew
Let me start out by saying I had a really good weekend. I got to hang out with some great people and see some things and eat at places for the last time. With that being said, I did not do well on my goals of eating good and exercising. Needless to say, my weight is up to 148.2. Because I enjoyed my weekend so much, I'm not too upset about what the scale said. This is a new week and my goal is to exercise atleast 4 times, keep on drinking my water and not eat anything after dinner atleast 3 times.
