Molly's Monday: Thought it Would Be Worse

167.2, up .2 from Friday. I thought it would be way worse considering all the yummy stuff I ate and drank yesterday. :)

Goals for today:

drink 3 bottles of water
work out
track calories

  1. I'm still working on the water. I did get a quick workout in and I tracked my calories, which were right about 1200 (net).
