Today I'm down to 172.0, which is a 3 pound loss from Monday. I'm still up .8 from the Monday before Thanksgiving, but I'll get there. I have 7 pounds to lose to reach my 165 goal by Jan. 1. That should be more than doable.
Goals for today:
drink 3 bottles of water
track calories
stay under livestrong limit

ReplyDeleteI mostly ate carbs and fat today. And they were yummy. I went a little bit over on my calories, but it's less than 100 over. My fat intake was a little rediculous, but my sodium was low. It was so very very cold that I really just wanted to stay in and be warm, which for most of the day I did. I should have gone to the gym, but I just didn't want to go outside. There's always tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteif you're going to eat fat, try goat cheese. It worked great for me this week! You'll make 7 pounds no problem!
