This morning my weight was 222.4. That's down yay! It's down 1 pound from last friday but down almost 3 pounds from Monday since I had a really bad weekend.
That's a 26.8 pound overall loss. And my BMI is under 35 now, I am creeping up on just being over weight! LOL
My goal is to lose .8 of a pound so I can have Christmas by next Friday.
I also would like to be at 219.2 by Christmas for sure so that if anyone asks I can say I have lost 30 pounds! Whoo hooo.
Goals for this weekend:
Justin will be home and it's always harder for me to do well when he is here, but I am pretty focused and we have lots to do so my goal for this week is to not have any bad days.
Today's goals:
Drink 4 bottles of water.
Stay under 1500 mg of sodium
Stay under 1300 cal
Exercise - Justin has a meeting tonight so I plan on doing the dreaded video sometime today!
I hope everyone has a great Friday!

WahoooO! That's great! You are sooo close!
ReplyDeleteMallory I am so proud of you!!!! You can totally do reach those goals!!! Good luck today!
ReplyDeleteYou mentioned in an earlier post you though you needed shorter goals or smaller goals? Something like that. What did you have in mind?
I don't know. I just seem to do better under pressure!! LOL! I think I am set for now, basically just get as low as I can before Christmas. It just seems like my next real goal is to be under 200 pounds but that seems sooooooo far away.
ReplyDeleteUpon further consideration maybe that is part of my whole problem in life. I want instant gratification and maybe shorter goals only reinforce that feeling. Maybe the longer term goals and sticking to a plan no matter if there are ups and downs is what I am trying to teach myself. Maybe this is less about getting under 200 pounds as fast as I can and more about teaching myself a new way to deal with food, my weight and my emotions.
ReplyDeleteI do think we need to do another exercise challenge Molly!! I did great for our five days and was more active than I have been ever since.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the instant gratification thing. I'm try to teach myself to stick with healthy eating through the ups and downs and maintain my weightloss (and hopefully, eventually a healthy weight.) But short term goals can be a part of that. I think it's easier to reach a long term goal if it's broken down into smaller shorter term goals.
ReplyDeleteSo if you're at 219 at Christmas, which I know you will be, and your goal is to be 199 by Feb. 14th, how about 209 by Jan. 22 or something like that? It's a midway goal and it might help keep you motivated. I need to do something like that too. I also need to really think about what my long term goal is and how I'm going to get there. I definitely want to be at or below 150, but I don't have a specific number or time frame in mind.
And we totally need another fitness challenge!
