I weighed 222.2 today, it was a pretty bad weekend but I am back on track for a great week!
My goals for today are to:
Track
Be on track with my protein and good carb ratios
Stay on track with my sodium.
Drink 4 bottles of water
How is everyone feeling today? It has been a couple of days since everyone blogged so I hope everyone is doing/feeling well.

ReplyDeleteI hear you on a bad weekend, although it wasn't that bad on my food, it's just that I haven't tracked for a few days (well, tracked *everything* that is) and then there have been the few candy pieces, toffee, oh and Mexican food on Fri.
I'm sure that a lot of it is water weight for you though and that'll come off pretty quickly once your sodium is down for two or three days and your water is good. Are you still doing the Wii?
Yeah, and I have actually gotten away to the gym a couple times later at night! Whooo hoooo!
