Molly's Friday Weigh-In

Today's weight is 171.8, down 3 pounds from Monday and 2 pounds from last Friday. Yay!

Goals for today:

track calories, stay under 1300
drink 3 bottles of water

  2. thanks! Today was ok. I just finished tracking my dinner and I'm almost exactly over my calories by the same number of calories - 238 - in the pack of M&M's that I had this afternoon. Doh! Oh well. I'm working on my 3rd bottle of water right now, so that's good at least.
