Molly's Thursday

I went to kickboxing class this morning! I thought I was going to die and/or throw up, but I stuck it out and made it through the entire class.

So, my goals for today are as follows:

- track calories on livestrong
- keep net calories under 1200 (it's enchilada night and all the family is going to be here and those people stress me out. But tomorrow is weigh in, so I'm going to try really hard to be good.)
- drink 4 bottles of water. I'm already almost finish with my 2nd 32 oz. bottle. Thank you kickboxing.

  1. Oh my gosh! I am sooooooo proud of you! I do not have the guts to do a kickboxing class! Yay for you! And it should be pretty easy to stay within your calorie limit with all that exercise!

  2. I almost didn't either, but I got myself to the gym, so I figured I should follow through. Plus I didn't have my headphones with me, so doing the elliptical would have been pretty boring. You could so do a kickboxing class. If I can do it, you can do it!

  3. Well, my net calories for the day are 1094 and I've had a little over 4 bottles of water. So, it's been a pretty successful day! My sodium is a little high, so I'm not sure how weigh-in is going to go. I'm super full of enchiladas right now and I can't imagine that the number I will tomorrow will be the number I want to see, but I guess we'll just have to wait until to tomorrow to see. Right.
