So today my weight was 221.0, which is my lowest official weight (it was the same yesterday but doesn't really count since it wasn't an official weigh in day).
I have been in the 220's since November 16th (I was 229.2) this is my week to get out of the 220's. Although I must say I am pretty proud that I lost 8 pounds over the holiday season, I think that part of all of this is having a lifestyle that I can live with forever, so I am proud!
Today's goal, drink water.
Eat good and track what I eat.
OH BTW - has anyone used the New MyPlate tracking on livestrong? There are still some annoying kinks that they are getting worked out, but I really like it! It is even easier to use!

I agree, losing 8 pounds during the holidays is FANTASTIC. It's like losing 20 during the rest of the year. I'm pretty sure that's written somewhere. You're doing awesome and I CAN'T WAIT for you to be under 220 too. I'm SO excited for you! :) Yay! Ok, is that enough caps and exclamation points? IT'S NOT!?!?!?! Well then, I'll also add: WAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!
ReplyDeleteoh, and I have tried out the new plate thing and I kinda love it and kinda hate it. I can't decide which is stronger. I hate that your frequent foods are harder to put in, but it's nice to see the breakdown too that's new.
ReplyDeleteYeah, you are right, it is harder to track frequent foods. I wrote a post on their "feedback wall" about that, and I noticed a couple of other people had as well.
ReplyDeleteway to go Mallory! I ended up gaining like 15 pounds over the holidays and getting myself to the heaviest weight I have ever been, so you losing 8 pounds is a huge inspiration!
