Tuesday Goals

So today's goals will be as follows:

Track what goes in my mouth.

DRINK WATER

Oh BTW do you guys drink crystal lite ( or similar)? If you do do you count it in your water intake? Obviously it's water but does it count?

If I accomplish my goals I am going to leave the kids with Justin for bath/bedtime and do something by myself.

  1. I think Crystal Lite does count towards water intake, but you also have to track it b/c it has a little bit of other stuff too. But it's still mostly water, so count it!

    And yay for leaving the kids with Justin and going and doing something! That's great!

  2. I like your goals! Good luck today!

    I don't drink crystal lite because I don't like the taste. But I would count it toward your water intake. You're gaining a few calories (like 5 per serviing or something) and some sodium, but it's essentially still water. I've not tried any other drink mixes.

  3. Molly, the raspberry one is great! I love it. Of course, it's more aspertame, but ya know, whatever. I've actually stopped drinking it b/c I figure that I get all the aspertame I need in soda! lol I need to stop soda, but if I drink regular, it's waaaayyy to sweet for me and makes me gain a million pounds. And come on, I love soda! lol - I am trying to cut down though.

  4. So already today I have had 88 ounces of water, yay. I have had 1381 calories so I could have some fruit for a snack tonight. I have a killer headache, similar to a caffeine headache. Ug, I wonder what that's about?
