Molly's Monday Weigh-In

172.0. I'm Actually really happy with that! I thought it would be much higher. Although, except for a several slices of birthday cake and some wine and a big spaghetti dinner on Saturday, I actually ate pretty healthy this weekend and kept myself busy and moving around. I'm feeling very optimistic about this week. So, goals for today:

drink 3 bottles of water

track calories: 1500 is the goal

go running

  1. Yeah, I think that's pretty good too! I'm weighing tomorrow b/c I haven't drank any water for the past two days. Go you on eating good despite the birthday parties!

  3. I went running - it was a short run cuz I took the neighbor's puppy and I thought I was going to kill her. But then we played some soccer afterward.

    So far I've had 88 oz of water, which is about 2 and 2/3 bottles. I happy with that, although I'm going to try to drink this all before I go to bed.

    I was over on my calories: 1704. But, I finished off the birthday cake, so that won't be an issue anymore. :)

  4. Good job! Over on your calories by 200 isn't too bad for eating cake! What kind of cake was it?

  5. It was a lemon cake with coconut sprinkled on top. Then a secret mixture of something that is drizzled over it. I can't remember what it is right now, but I'll let you know. And then you smear a layer of cool whip (extra creamy) on top. It's really yummy!
