So today I weighed myself and I was down to 223.4 which is 1.2 pounds lower than yesterday. I was very surprised because of my sonic incident but I will take it. My next goal is to get down to my lowest weight which was 215.4 so we'll just say 215. That's 8.4 pounds which if I make some good choices I can totally do!
Todays goals:
Drink 4 waters
Track my food AND stay in my calorie goal of 1340
Burn 2400 calories according to my bodybugg
Bike for 15 min
Stay under control for dinner ( I am going to sushi with Bridget)

Yay, good for you!! You can totally get back to 215! Sounds like your ankle must be feeling better, which is awesome. :) Have fun at dinner tonight (I really mean that). Personally I have a hard time staying under control with sushi. Where are you guys going?

ReplyDeleteSo no sushi, but I had a nice day. I am only on water #3 so I better get going to make my goal that's the only goal I didn't make, I am frustrated with livestrong and body bugg, I tracked what I thought was the same on both but on bodybugg I have 1440 cal and on livestrong I have 1340 Arg and I don't care enough to find the mistake.
ReplyDeletebummer you didn't get to have sushi! And I wouldn't sweat 100 calories. In the grand scheme of things, 100 calories is nothing.
