Mallory's Tuesday

This morning when I weighed myself I was 224.6 exactly the same as yesterday I was a little disappointed because I drank lots of water and had a good day but that's ok! I know that's why they say you shouldn't weigh daily. I think since I hurt my foot and I can't really bike or run yet I am going to try to do some other exercise. Maybe sit ups. Using the crutches is good exercise too. I was burning in the range of 6 cal/minute while I was using them at the store.

To track my food
To drink 4 waters
To check back in tonight

  1. I rode my bike around the neighborhood. I actually think my ankle feels better riding than walking. It still hurts a little to push off and stop so I think I will wait but I am excited that the actual pedaling didn't hurt. Yay!

  2. So today was a good day, I walked a bit, did the above bike riding, I am on my fourth water. I was within my calories but then I ate a serving of raisins now I am over a bit. But I tracked everything I have eaten today.

  3. Um, so after I posted that Justin went to sonic and got a shake. Which I ate one of. Then I looked to see how many calories it had. FAIL terrible epic fail.
