So, I gained almost 2 pounds over the weekend. My weight this morning is 169.6. I guess that's what happens when you eat and eat and eat and eat. And it's not like it was veggies and fruit. It was mostly cake and salty stuff. And very little water.
So, it's time to stop messing around. No more free passes. I am committed to this. I want to be healthy and feel good about myself.
Goals for today:
Drink 4 bottles of water
track calories

Yeah. I am with you. It's time to get serious. We have some goals to attain and aren't going to get there eating cake. At least not every two hours right?
ReplyDeleteI just started waterbottle number three and I still need to finish tracking my calories. I know I'm going to be over by several hundred. It's kind of a bummer, but at least I know where I'm at. I'm aware of what I ate today and that's something.
