It's ok! There are soooo many factors that Lori, Molly, and I have learned affect weight loss, the important thing is to not get frustrated. (Ridiculous, I know since I just was so frustrated this morning)
We have found that sodium intake, hormones, an especially difficult workout after which your muscles are sore, stress, water intake, time of day can all affect your weight NEGATIVELY. The important thing is to maintain on your plan, stick with it for a couple weeks, and then if it's not working make changes until you figure out what does work for you.
I know exactly what you are feeling right now, I am sorry it's so hard :(
