168.4. Up 4.4 from the last time I weighed myself. Awesome. I'm hoping that with a little self-control and a lot of water I'll be able to shed at least a few of those pounds pretty quickly.

ReplyDeleteI played tennis (actually it wasn't much of a workout, but I got up and moved around.) And I walked a mile. I'm working on my 4th bottle of water right now. I didn't track my calories and that's partly because I ate a ton of chocolate covered pretzels earlier. Doh. But all in all it wasn't a horrible day.
