166.0, down 1.8 from Friday. I was actually down below 166 a little on Sunday morning, but that's life. The weekend as ok as far as eating goes. Saturday was a little rough, but I drank a ton of water. Yesterday I did pretty good with the eating, but didn't drink much water.
I was thinking maybe we need a challenge. Maybe everyone could set a goal for a certain date and then we could all get together and do something together if we reach that goal? I just know that I need some motivation. Any ideas?
And as far as the background goes I think I'll put it back on the lemons and limes. I'm already sick of the ivy (it's starting to remind me of the cupcakes) and it's not really relevant to what we're doing here.

I think a challenge is a really good idea. I think my goal will be to track my food. Evey day. All of it. I think I am going to go back to livestrong then put it into the bodybugg website. I just don't do as good tracking. Maybe you could start checking my tracking Molly? It would really help me and I was doing so good when I knew someone was looking at the food I ate.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what we would want to do but I would be up for meeting at hanging lake or something and hiking.
I will start my new Wal-Mart job on the 14th of June, what do you think of doing it until June 12th which is a weekend?
I really like the idea of a challenge. I know I need some kind of motivation. I just don't know what I want to challenge myself with? Maybe working out everyday, maybe not eating ice cream. Molly, what is your challenge going to be?
ReplyDeleteMallory, great idea about Hanging Lake, the only problem is that it is closed for the summer. I think it reopens in August.
Oh, I was wondering when that was reopening. I knew it was closed for awhile, but didn't realize it was all summer. Maybe somewhere up near Vail? Or Maroon Bells? Or, depending on how far Mallory is willing to travel, Ouray? We could go for a hike and then go to the hot springs. Just an idea. And it doesn't have to be hiking, but preferably something active and without kids. No offense - your kids are all great - but this will be adult time. :-)
ReplyDeleteI think I'm going to do an exercise challenge. I am having a hard time getting back into my exercise routine. I'm going to think about it tonight and will do a post about it tomorrow.
