I did ok, I have tracked what I have eaten so far, I plan to have something else maybe. I am also adding another part to my goals. I want to get at least three bottles of water in every day. I was having a hard time doing these two things so I feel like this has given me the push I was looking for to get going on my tracking. Maybe it will help with the water too! I am 29 calories under on my calorie goals.

I'm with you on the water thing. I'm going to officially make 3 bottles of water a day part of my challenge. So, I still haven't worked out, but I'm going to yoga in the morning and then I will do my cardio workout after work. It doesn't quite make up for not doing cardio this weekend, but I did go for a walk with Lori on Friday, so between that and yoga I've decided it's an acceptable substitution.
Since I just made my goals...I did okay. I didn't eat out because it's Sunday and I did track what I ate. I am not counting calories since I am on WW. I can have a total of 29 points and I only used 15.5 points. I think I will make water apart of my challenge too.
Good job ladies! I think it's good to check in every day. I ended up eating some tortillas chicken and green chili which put me over my calories but at least it was good for me!
