Challenge Awesomeness - Day 1
I didn't wanna do it, however, I did it and it wasn't as bad as I expected! Whooo hooo Day One of tracking completed. I also tracked my water and I have only had 8 cups so I am going to drink up another water bottle and feel good about my day. I also did my exercise as today is exercise day.

ReplyDeleteIts a good idea to check back in and everyone can post a comment or something and see if we did the challenge that day :) ... it sounds good in theory anyway, we'll see if it's good in practice.
Anyway, I am on day 2 of NO soda, I drank my water too. I didn't work out today, but I normally don't on the weekends anyway.
Molly and I found out that we no longer work for Crossroads at the end of this week, so I don't know how that's gonna work with our memberships :( Poo on them.

ReplyDeleteI didn't do my workout yesterday, but I'm going to do it today. Since I likely won't have a gym pass after this week, I'm going to have to modify my challenge. We'll see what happens with the passes and then go from there.
I agree that checking in everyday is a good idea. I think it will help motivate us if we know how we're all doing. :)
Good job tracking. It takes time, but so worth it!!!
