I'm headed to pilates this morning. Yay! I'm trying to channel Jerry McGuire mentor guy - "Today is going to be a great day!" I need to be productive today. I have a lot to do. And it shouldn't be a problem if I can just get myself to do it.
Goals for today:
drink 4 bottles of water
track calories
pilates
check off 5 things from my to do list

Today was good: drank 3bottles of water, did pilates and my calories are right where they need to be. I never got around to writing a to do list, so I didn't check anything off, but I got a few things done. :-)
