Mallory's Weigh In

I weighed this morning and I am down to 243.6 which isn't much better than yesterday but it seems better somehow. I weighed myself this morning and I am down 5 pounds in two weeks so that's ok.

Today's plan:

Stay within calorie goal of 1300
drink three bottles of water (96 oz)
do Zumba if Justin doesn't have a mtg.

  1. All done. Under 1300 cal by 17 or so. Three bottles drank. Zumba done. I wore my bodybugg to Zumba and I burned 600 calories in the hour. Whoo hoo!
