Last night as I was watching the biggest loser I was so sad that I am lighter than all of the women and in 12 weeks or whatever, I will be heavier than them by 60 - 80 pounds. Unless I take control and do something about it. So here we go:
Today's goals:
Track calories, have 1300 or less, have under 100 g of carbs
Drink 4 bottles of water
Walk with the kids!

I have a few more drinks to finish my water for today. I went over on my carbs :( it's super hard. I was right on with the calories but 124 carbs. Also I would like to say that livestrong can KISS MY BUTT about the whole cholesterol thing. I am over on it and didn't even eat eggs. poo on cholesterol. We did go for a walk today and by the time I was done I was a little out of breath because I made the kids run. So that's not bad.

ReplyDeleteAnd I'm with you on the poo on things. Poo on sugar. I eat fruit - it has sugar in it and it's good for me. Yay for getting back on track!
