168.2, down 2 lbs. from Tuesday. So, that's good. It could have been a lot better, but I made some really poor food choices the last few days, so whatever. It is what it is. Todays goals are to drink 4 bottles of water. yep, that's it.
Whoooo hooooo! I love it! We are back on the plan. Those other things that you have eaten that aren't good are gone now so there isn't any point in worrying about it!
It's awesome to be back on the plan! However, I totally failed in my 4 bottles of water yesterday. I maybe drank 1.5. Oh well. Today I am drinking 3 bottles of water and tracking. That seems doable. :)
