Mallory's Monday

So I gained this weekend. Not sure how much of that is salt so I am going to drink some water and weigh again tomorrow. I am hoping that it wasn't really an 8 pound gain. On the plan for today: track, drink water, Zumba

  1. That stupid scale...it was totally off....I'm sorry I know that is discouraging. But, well done keeping on track!! Zumba is tough for me!! Good job. I hope you have a better day tomorrow.

  2. Ugh! Carbs and salt are such the devil for deceiving weight gain! I'm sure thats all it is, drink your water, you'll be fine!
